Job Summary
Associate Banker at Chase Downtown Harrisburg branch: deliver welcoming, friendly service; greet clients, manage lobby traffic, and schedule/cancel meetings. Open new accounts and educate clients on technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) to help meet their banking needs. Build trusted client relationships through active listening, empathy, and solution-oriented conversations, connecting clients with our team of experts to help achieve financial goals. Perform branch operations including cash devices while adhering to bank policies and procedures; contribute to a positive, seamless client experience by collaborating with colleagues to elevate service quality. This role supports a part-time schedule (approximately 30 hours) at the Harrisburg, PA location.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Cash handling experience
- Client service experience or comparable experience
