Job Summary
Greet clients upon entry, manage lobby traffic via tablet, and schedule or cancel meetings. Provide account servicing, open new accounts, and educate clients on self-service options including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs. Perform branch operations by managing cash devices such as the vault and ATM while adhering to all policies. Build trusted relationships through active listening and empathetic problem resolution. This part-time role (30 hours) supports the Cutler Bay Branch team in delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving financial goals.
