Job Summary
Greet clients as they enter the branch, manage lobby traffic with a tablet, and schedule or cancel client meetings. Provide account servicing and maintenance while opening new accounts, ensuring compliance with all policies and regulatory requirements. Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions, including self-service options via the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs. Build trusted relationships by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients achieve their financial goals. Perform branch operations such as managing cash devices like the cash vault and ATM while adhering to bank procedures. This part-time role (30 hours) is located at the Creve Coeur Branch in Saint Louis, MO.
