Job Summary
Greet clients upon entry, manage lobby traffic via tablet, and schedule or cancel meetings while maintaining a welcoming environment. Provide account servicing, open new accounts, and assist with day-to-day transactions including Chase Mobile App and ATM usage. Perform branch operations by managing cash devices such as the vault and ATM in strict compliance with policies. Build trusted relationships through active listening and empathy while partnering with team members to help clients achieve financial goals. This part-time role (30 hours) supports the Conshohocken Branch's client experience strategy.
