Job Summary
Associate Banker at Chase in Chinatown Grant Branch, San Francisco (part-time). You will create a welcoming environment, greet clients, manage lobby traffic, assist with day-to-day transactions, open new accounts, and ensure compliance with policies. You will educate clients on digital banking tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs), build meaningful relationships by listening and offering product knowledge, and support branch operations (including cash devices) while delivering a seamless, sincere client experience in English and Cantonese. Strong emphasis on customer service, technology adoption, and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Reading and speaking fluently in English and Cantonese
- Client service experience or comparable experience
- Cash handling experience (preferred)
- Strong ability to deliver attentive and friendly service
- Ability to build trusted relationships
- Ability to engage clients and communicate clearly
- Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail
- Ability to learn products, services, and procedures
- Bilingual Cantonese required
