Job Summary
Associate Banker role at Chase in Phoenix, AZ (Part Time, 30 hours). Provide welcoming, attentive service; assist with day-to-day banking transactions; open new accounts; educate clients on digital banking tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com) and self-service options; build trusted relationships and connect clients to product solutions, while adhering to banking policies and regulatory requirements. Bilingual Spanish required; duties include greeting clients, managing lobby flow, checking clients in, scheduling meetings, and supporting branch operations including cash devices as needed. Prioritizes customer experience, teamwork, and a seamless service experience across English and Spanish conversations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Reading and speaking in both English and Spanish fluently
- Cash handling experience (Preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to learn products and procedures
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to manage lobby traffic and scheduling of client meetings
