Job Summary
Greet clients upon entry, manage lobby traffic via tablet, and schedule or cancel meetings. Provide account servicing and maintenance, open new accounts, and assist with day-to-day transactions including Chase Mobile App and ATM usage. Perform branch operations such as managing cash vaults and ATMs while adhering to all policies and regulatory requirements. This role requires fluency in English and Vietnamese, a high school diploma, and client service experience. The position is part-time (30 hours) at the Brookhurst and McFadden Branch in Westminster.
