Job Summary
Provide attentive, friendly service at the Chase branch by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, opening new accounts, and supporting daily transactions. Educate clients on digital banking options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com) and guide them to appropriate products with a focus on building trusted relationships and delivering a high-quality client experience. Perform branch operations with adherence to policies and procedures, supporting cash devices as needed, and collaborate with team to ensure seamless service.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Cash handling experience.
