Job Summary
Greet clients upon entry, manage lobby traffic via tablet, and schedule or cancel meetings. Provide account servicing and maintenance, open new accounts, and assist with day-to-day transactions including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs. Perform branch operations by managing cash devices such as the vault and ATM while adhering to all policies. Build trusted relationships through active listening and product knowledge sharing to help clients achieve financial goals. This bilingual role requires English and Spanish proficiency and is part-time (30 hours).
