Job Summary
Part-time Associate Banker at Auburn Branch responsible for delivering attentive, friendly service, greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, scheduling meetings, opening new accounts, and educating clients on digital tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com) to meet their financial goals. Role includes conducting day-to-day transactions, complying with policies and regulatory requirements, handling branch operations (cash devices, ATMs), and building meaningful client relationships through listening, empathy, and product knowledge while guiding clients to Chase experts. Requires the ability to learn products and deliver a seamless, customer-focused experience in a branch setting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Client service experience or comparable experience
- Cash handling experience (preferred)
- Ability to learn products, services, and procedures
- Ability to build trusted relationships
- Ability to greet clients and create a welcoming environment
