Job Summary
Greet clients as they enter the branch, manage lobby traffic with a tablet, and schedule or cancel meetings. Provide account servicing and maintenance, open new accounts, and assist with day-to-day transactions using the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs. Perform branch operations including managing cash devices like the cash vault and ATM while adhering to all policies. Build trusted relationships by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients achieve financial goals. This part-time role (30 hours) supports the Akron Square branch team in delivering exceptional client experiences.

- Client service experience or comparable experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
