Job Summary
Provide hospitality in Chase branch by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, checking clients into the waiting queue, and scheduling meetings; assist with day-to-day transactions and open new accounts while complying with policies and regulatory requirements; educate clients on technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs); build meaningful client relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help achieve financial goals; perform branch operations including cash devices (cash vault, ATM) in line with bank policies; collaborate with team to deliver a seamless, high-quality client experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Client service experience or comparable experience
- Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures
- Ability to build trusted relationships
- Ability to engage clients
- Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail
- Ability to elevate the client experience
- Cash handling experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
