Job Summary
Part-time Associate Banker at Chase in Clearwater (FL) delivering friendly, hospitality-focused service, greeting clients, managing lobby flow, and assisting with day-to-day transactions and new account openings. Educate clients on digital banking (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) and leverage technology to support banking needs. Build trusted client relationships, understand client goals, and introduce them to experts to help achieve those goals. Perform branch operations while adhering to bank policies and procedures, including handling cash devices and maintaining compliance. Must convey a welcoming environment, demonstrate strong communication, empathy, and teamwork to deliver a seamless, high-quality client experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Cash handling experience
- Client service experience or comparable experience
