Job Summary
Associate Banker at Chase in Fort Mill, part-time (30 hours) in a New Build branch. Deliver welcoming, attentive service; greet clients, manage lobby flow with a tablet, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule/cancel meetings. Open and service accounts while ensuring compliance with policies and banking regulations. Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs). Build trusted client relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge; collaborate with branch teammates to meet financial goals. Perform branch operations including cash devices (cash vault, ATM) in line with bank procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Client service experience or comparable experience.
