Job Summary
Associate Banker at Chase in Hernando, MS (New Build) part-time role focused on delivering welcoming, attentive client service, opening and guiding use of digital banking options, and supporting branch operations. Responsibilities include greeting clients, managing lobby flow, handling transactions, opening new accounts, educating clients on Chase mobile app and online banking, and collaborating with the team to deliver a seamless client experience while complying with policies and regulatory requirements. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, client-service or related experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to learn products and procedures quickly; prior cash handling experience is a plus.
