Job Summary
Deliver attentive, friendly service in a Chase branch, greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, opening new accounts, and guiding clients to digital banking solutions. Build trusted relationships by listening, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge to help clients achieve their financial goals. Handle branch operations including cash devices and ATM interactions while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements. Demonstrate ability to learn products quickly, educate clients on technology (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs), and collaborate with the team to provide seamless service.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Customer service experience or comparable experience
- Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures
- Ability to put clients first and exceed expectations
- Ability to build trusted relationships with clients
- Ability to engage clients and communicate clearly
- Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail
- Ability to elevate the client experience through teamwork
- Cash handling experience (preferred)
