Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service by building rapport, answering product questions, and directing customers to team members when needed. Stock product and maintain displays across Health and Beauty Care, Hardlines, Fashion, Pets, Hardware, Card and Party, Outdoor, Seasonal, and Floral departments according to merchandising standards. Utilize technology to complete activities and tasks while following procedures in an organized, efficient manner. Work in a fast-paced environment requiring the ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, and twist while standing for long periods. Collaborate with other team members and managers on additional tasks as needed to support the store's growth and community impact.
Required Qualifications
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Strong listening and communications skills, face-to-face and virtually
- Willingness to learn or existing familiarity with job-specific technology
- Problem-solving competence and eagerness to troubleshoot when necessary
- Process-driven and able to follow procedures in an organized and efficient way

- Ability to complete a variety of retail tasks related to product, customer service, pricing, inventory, and merchandising
