Job Summary
As an Associate Banker, deliver hospitality-driven financial guidance by greeting clients, opening and servicing accounts, and guiding them through digital banking tools while ensuring regulatory and policy compliance. Build trusted client relationships, educate customers on products and solutions, assist with Chase Mobile App and Chase.com usage, and support branch operations such as cash handling, ATM tasks, and lobby flow. This part-time role supports the branch team in delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving the branch’s financial goals.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Client service experience or comparable experience
- Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures
