Job Summary
Part-time Associate Banker at Chase's Riviera Branch in Redondo Beach, CA. Deliver welcoming, attentive service; manage lobby traffic and client meetings; assist with day-to-day transactions and opening new accounts while ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. Educate clients on digital banking options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) and connect them with product solutions. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Client service experience or comparable experience
- Ability to put clients first and provide attentive, friendly service
- Ability to build trusted relationships with clients
- Ability to engage clients and communicate clearly
- Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail
- Ability to learn products, services, and procedures
- Cash handling experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with technology solutions and digital banking tools (e.g., Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs)
