Job Summary
As an Associate Banker at Chase, provide a welcoming, hospitality-driven banking experience by greeting clients, managing lobby flow, and scheduling meetings; assist with daily transactions and open new accounts while ensuring compliance with policies; educate clients on digital banking options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs); build meaningful client relationships through active listening, empathy, and product knowledge; support branch operations including cash devices (cash vault, ATMs) with adherence to bank procedures; demonstrate the ability to learn products quickly and deliver a seamless, trusted client experience as part of a collaborative team.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Client service experience or comparable experience
