Job Summary
As an Associate Banker at Chase in the Northern Lights Branch (Columbus, OH), you will greet clients, manage lobby flow, and assist with day-to-day transactions including opening new accounts while ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements. You will educate clients on technology options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) to enable self-service and financial convenience. You’ll build meaningful client relationships through active listening and thoughtful questions, guiding customers to products and solutions delivered by a team of experts to help achieve their financial goals. You may perform branch operations such as handling cash devices (cash vault, ATM) and support a welcoming, service-driven environment. Strong communication, empathy, and a collaborative approach are essential to delivering a seamless, high-quality client experience and helping clients navigate banking options.
