Job Summary
Associate Banker at a Chase branch focused on delivering welcoming, customer-first service while handling day-to-day transactions, opening new accounts, and guiding clients to Chase’s technology solutions. Responsibilities include greeting clients, managing lobby flow, scheduling/canceling meetings, complying with policies and regulatory requirements, educating clients on Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs, building trusted relationships, and performing branch operations such as cash devices in accordance with bank procedures. Required Qualifications

- Client service experience or comparable experience
