Job Summary
Part Time Associate Banker at Chase in Moline, IL. Deliver attentive, friendly service to clients, greet and manage lobby flow, assist with day-to-day transactions, open new accounts, and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. Educate clients on technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) to meet banking needs anytime. Build meaningful client relationships through active listening, empathetic engagement, and sharing product knowledge, while collaborating with team to deliver seamless service and achieve clients' financial goals. Perform branch operations such as handling cash devices (ATM, cash vault) in accordance with bank policies. Strong emphasis on client-first service, learning products and procedures quickly, and leveraging technology to enhance the client experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Client service experience or comparable experience
- Cash handling experience (preferred)
- Ability to learn products, services, and procedures
