Job Summary
Greet clients upon entry to manage lobby traffic, check them into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel meetings. Provide account servicing and maintenance while opening new accounts in compliance with all banking policies and regulatory requirements. Educate clients on day-to-day transactions and self-service technology options including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs. Perform branch operations such as managing cash devices like the cash vault and ATM while adhering to bank procedures. Build meaningful relationships by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, and partnering with team members to help clients achieve financial goals. This part-time role (20 hours) is located at the Maineville Towne Center Branch in Maineville, OH.
