Job Summary
Greet clients upon entry, manage lobby traffic via tablet, and schedule or cancel client meetings to create a welcoming environment. Provide account servicing, open new accounts, and assist with day-to-day transactions while leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs. Perform branch operations including managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM. Build trusted relationships by actively listening, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge with clients. This part-time role (20 hours) is based at the MacArthur Park Branch in Irving, TX.

- Client service experience or comparable experience.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
