Job Summary
Part Time Associate Banker at Lancaster Downtown Branch (Lancaster, OH). Deliver welcoming, friendly service, greet clients, manage lobby flow, check clients into waiting queue, schedule/cancel meetings, assist with day-to-day transactions and open new accounts in compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. Educate clients on digital banking via Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs; build relationships by actively listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients achieve financial goals. Perform branch operations including cash devices (ATM, cash vault) while adhering to bank policies; collaborate with teammates to provide seamless, caring service and a positive client experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Client service experience or comparable experience.
