Job Summary
Part Time Associate Banker at Chase in Hudson Oaks, TX. Deliver attentive and friendly service in-branch, manage lobby traffic and client meetings, assist with day-to-day transactions and opening new accounts in compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. Educate clients on technology options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) to enhance self-service and convenience. Build trusted relationships by listening, understanding client needs, and connecting them with Chase team members to help achieve financial goals. Perform branch operations tasks (cash devices, ATM) and support a welcoming, team-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Client service experience or equivalent
- Cash handling experience
- Ability to greet clients, build relationships, and educate on banking products and technology
- Ability to learn products, services, and procedures
- Ability to resolve client issues and deliver a consistent, friendly client experience
