Job Summary
Greet clients as they enter the branch, manage lobby traffic via tablet, and schedule or cancel client meetings. Provide account servicing and maintenance, open new accounts, and educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs. Perform branch operations by managing cash devices such as the cash vault, ATM, or others while adhering to all bank policies and procedures. Build trusted relationships by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, and partnering with team members to help clients achieve their financial goals. This part-time role (20 hours) is located at the Hermitage Hills Branch in Hermitage, TN.

- Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures
- Client service experience or comparable experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
