Job Summary
Greet clients upon entry, manage lobby traffic via tablet, and schedule or cancel meetings. Provide account servicing and maintenance, open new accounts, and assist with day-to-day transactions including Chase Mobile App and ATM usage. Perform branch operations such as managing cash vaults and ATMs while adhering to policies. Build trusted relationships by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients achieve financial goals. This part-time role (20 hours) is located at the Fort Collins Branch.
