Job Summary
Deliver attentive, friendly service in a Chase branch by greeting clients, managing lobby flow, and scheduling meetings; assist with day-to-day transactions and open new accounts while complying with policies and regulatory requirements; educate clients on digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) to meet their banking needs; build meaningful relationships through active listening and product knowledge, and collaborate with the team to deliver seamless service; support branch operations including cash devices as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Cash handling experience.
