Job Summary
Associate Banker responsibilities include greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, assisting with day-to-day transactions and opening new accounts while complying with policies and regulatory requirements; educate clients on technology self-service options such as Chase Mobile App and Chase.com; build meaningful relationships by listening and addressing needs; handle branch operations and cash devices (ATM, cash vault) in line with policies; contribute to a welcoming, service-focused branch environment and help clients achieve their financial goals.
