Provide attentive branch service by greeting clients, managing lobby flow, checking clients into the waiting queue, and scheduling meetings; assist with day-to-day transactions and open new accounts while complying with policies and regulatory requirements; educate clients on digital banking tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) to enable convenient access; build meaningful client relationships through active listening, empathy, and product knowledge, and introduce clients to bank specialists to help achieve financial goals; perform branch operations including handling cash devices and adhering to bank policies; collaborate with team to deliver seamless service with care and sincerity.
