Job Summary
Provide welcoming customer service at the branch, greet clients, manage lobby flow, and assist with day-to-day transactions including opening new accounts. Educate clients on using technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) to meet banking needs. Build meaningful client relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge, and introduce clients to our team of experts to help achieve financial goals. Perform branch operations which may include cash devices (cash vault, ATM) while adhering to policies and procedures. Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to deliver a seamless client experience and comply with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with teammates to deliver attentive, friendly service and a welcoming environment that supports the client’s financial goals.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Client service experience or comparable experience.
