Job Summary
Greet clients upon entering the branch, manage lobby traffic via tablet, and schedule or cancel client meetings. Provide account servicing and maintenance, open new accounts, and assist with day-to-day transactions including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs. Perform branch operations by managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM while adhering to all policies. Build trusted relationships through active listening, empathy, and sharing product knowledge to help clients achieve financial goals. This part-time role (20 hours) is located at the Cerrillos Rd and St Michael Dr Branch in Santa Fe, NM.
