Job Summary
Assist customers in a Chase branch by delivering attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment. Responsibilities include greeting clients, managing lobby flow with a tablet, checking clients into the waiting queue, scheduling/canceling meetings, opening new accounts, servicing existing accounts, guiding customers through self-service banking options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs), building trusted relationships, understanding client needs, and collaborating with branch team members to meet financial goals. Also involved are branch operations duties such as cash devices (e.g., cash vault, ATMs) in compliance with policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.

- Cash handling experience
