Job Summary
Associate Banker at Chase in Hernando, MS (20 hours/week part-time) delivering welcoming, attentive service and supporting branch operations. Responsibilities include greeting clients, managing lobby flow, checking in clients, scheduling/canceling meetings, handling day-to-day transactions and opening new accounts in compliance with policies, educating clients on self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs), building trusted relationships through active listening and product knowledge, and performing branch operations such as cash handling and use of cash devices. Requires ability to deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience and work collaboratively with the team to meet clients’ financial goals.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Client service experience or comparable experience
