Job Summary
Part Time (20 Hour) Associate Banker at Chase’s Archer Ave Branch in Chicago, IL. Responsible for delivering welcoming, friendly service to clients, managing lobby traffic, checking clients into the waiting queue, and assisting with open accounts while ensuring compliance with policies. Educates clients on digital banking options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) and builds meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and connecting clients to product knowledge and Chase experts. Performs branch operations such as handling cash devices (cash vault, ATM) and supporting team to deliver a seamless client experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
