Job Summary
Provide in-home direct patient care according to the provider's prescribed plan of care while closely monitoring progress and recovery. Assess and document patient conditions, administer medications and IV fluids, and inspect wounds for infections or bedsores. Collaborate with providers and allied health professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes. This Monday/Wednesday/Friday schedule runs 10 am to 5 pm with no overtime required. Current unrestricted RN licensure and CPR/AED/BLS certification are required, with trach and ventilator experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Monday / Wednesday / Friday - 10 am to 5 pm
- Trach and Vent experience
- Associate degree in Nursing (AND) or Associate of Applied Science in Nursing (AAS)
- Current unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state associated with this position
- Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations
Desired Qualifications
- Practical trach and/or ventilator experience
