Job Summary
Provide high level service to retail and installer customers; assist store management in tasks; greet and assist customers in selecting merchandise; answer store calls, look up parts and quote prices; process exchanges and returns; manage cash handling and credit card transactions; assist with merchandising, stocking, planogram updates, and daily operational tasks; operate store test equipment after training; occasional vehicle deliveries; bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
