Job Summary
Oversee the Corporate Operations department to ensure delivery of high quality products that meet the customers’ needs. Lead and train front-line employees; provide learning and development on quality system concepts, audit techniques, corrective/preventive actions, and continuous improvement. Act as liaison between Manufacturing and Quality Managers, collaborating with operations, purchasing, customer service and others to meet customer demand. Ensure adherence to the Quality Management System and compliance requirements; monitor quality and delivery performance; support regulatory and customer audits; conduct in-process reviews and lead corrective actions; manage policy updates and communications; provide constructive performance evaluations and assist with organizational improvements. Strong emphasis on leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring data integrity and quality across production and delivery processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related field or equivalent work experience in the preferably in the Aerospace Industry
- Minimum of 3 years of knowledge and experience in the Aerospace Manufacturing field
- Must have AS9100 knowledge, and interpretation of customer specifications and quality engineering
