Part Diem RN

Provide nursing services to clients in Broward County in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act and agency policy. Perform comprehensive assessments of client status, develop individualized Plans of Care, and provide skilled interventions to achieve realistic outcomes. Administer medications, teach clients according to their needs, and report significant changes in status to the physician and team. Document observations, assessments, and interventions systematically while maintaining confidentiality. Promote safety through infection control practices and environmental assessments, initiating referrals as needed. Participate in team meetings and mandatory education. Supervises applicable home care team members as delegated by the RN Case Manager.
