Part Diem RN

Conduct comprehensive assessments of client status, including physical, psychosocial, and environmental parameters. Develop individualized Plans of Care and provide skilled interventions to achieve realistic client outcomes. Administer medications and teach clients based on their specific needs and environment. Report changes in client status to the physician and team members, maintaining legible documentation of all assessments, planning, and evaluations. Participate in team meetings, clarify reporting responsibilities, and initiate referrals as needed. Promote safety by complying with infection control practices and recognizing unsafe situations. Supervise applicable home care team members as delegated by the RN Case Manager. Maintain confidentiality and practice nursing with respect for individual differences.
