Part Diem RN

Conduct comprehensive assessments of client status, including physical, psychosocial, and environmental parameters, and develop individualized Plans of Care. Provide skilled interventions, administer medications, and teach skills according to client needs while documenting observations and assessments. Report significant changes in client status to the physician and team, maintain client records, and participate in team meetings. Initiate referrals as needed, promote personal safety, and comply with infection control practices. Supervise applicable home care team members as delegated by the RN Case Manager. Requires current Florida RN license, BSN preferred, and two years of home care experience.
