Job Summary
Determine needs and accurately specify parts, then create and modify purchase orders to issue them to appropriate vendors. Record warranty parts returns, create special orders on the dealership computer system, and notify staff upon receipt. Review special order tracking, process and close open invoices, and verify quality and quantity by comparing invoices against requisitions. Maintain records of outside purchases and perform ongoing warehouse parts inventory. Attend weekly department meetings. Requires one year of dealership warehouse experience; offers competitive pay, health and dental insurance, paid vacation, and sick leave.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One year of dealership warehouse experience

- equivalent combination of education and experience

- Must be able to reach with hands and arms
- Must be able to talk or hear
