Part C Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary

Coordinate Part C/Early Intervention programs by answering phones, maintaining client records, and entering data into the Infant and Online Tracking System (ITOTS). Generate quality reports to monitor federal timelines, compile statistical data for monthly reports, and prepare expenditure spreadsheets by reconciling invoices with finance. Assist in monitoring contract deliverables, creating marketing items for referrals, and organizing daily client appointment schedules. Produce meeting minutes, verify biweekly payroll forms, and provide training on software packages while troubleshooting hardware and equipment issues. Maintain staff contact lists, order office supplies, and file documents as required.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate's degree with coursework in business administration, or related field
