Job Summary
Part 145 Coordinator for helicopter maintenance coordinating base maintenance activities, ensuring availability of personnel, tools, and materials, and supporting production planning, work package control, and certification flow. Responsible for maintaining documentation and traceability, compliance with Part 145 and regulatory standards, monitoring hangar performance and resource utilization, and payroll-related registrations. Lead and coordinate with technicians and apprentices in a dynamic hangar environment; drive continuous improvement, efficiency, and safe operation across an international team. Requires helicopter/aircraft maintenance experience and solid knowledge of EASA Part 145, plus familiarity with maintenance systems and documentation. Some travel activity to support operations.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant experience from helicopter or aircraft maintenance
- Solid knowledge of EASA Part 145
- Experience working with maintenance systems and documentation
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- A proactive mindset with a focus on optimisation and efficiency improvements
- The ability to lead and coordinate without formal authority
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work across cultures
- Experience working in an international environment (the team represents multiple nationalities)
- Some travel activity should be expected.
