Job Summary
Lead a grounds and horticulture team to deliver daily landscape and grounds maintenance across sites. Responsibilities include operating grounds equipment (zero-turn and ride-on mowers, industry tools), supervising a team or contract, engaging with site stakeholders, completing pre-starts, reporting, Take 5s and SWMS, performing mowing, pruning, planting, mulching, and general horticultural tasks, managing irrigation and minor repairs, identifying site issues and suggesting improvements, assisting with seasonal planting, maintaining soil health and applying fertilisers, and ensuring WHS compliance through safe work practices.
Required Qualifications
- A Current Drivers Licence (Manual or Auto)
- National Police Check
- Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain
