Parks Facilities Supervisor

Job Summary
Oversee operation, maintenance, scheduling, and administration of County athletic facilities, park grounds, recreational assets, staff, and budgets; serve as primary contact for facility usage, league relations, and user groups; supervise staff, manage budgets, and coordinate with contractors and community partners; ensure facilities are safe, properly prepared, and operationally ready for practices, games, tournaments, events, and public use; provide hands-on leadership in athletic field and turf management, irrigation oversight, and grounds maintenance; require flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and other non-traditional hours.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Two (2) to three (3) years of progressively responsible recreation, parks, facilities, or maintenance management experience, including supervisory responsibilities
- Valid driver's license required
- CPR and First Aid certification required within twelve (12) months of employment
- Experience working with the public required
- Experience with youth sports, athletic field operations, and recreational programming preferred
