Job Summary
Supervise Recreation Services staff and manage programming, events, budgeting, and partnerships at the Bentonville Adult Recreation Center; oversee aquatics, front desk, and wellness programs; ensure safety, customer service, and community engagement; develop and evaluate programs; coordinate Run Bentonville Half Marathon; collaborate with medical, social work, nursing, psychology, and therapy professionals to balance recreation with special services; secure sponsorships/donations and manage program budgets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Park and Recreation Administration or closely related field
- up to two years’ related experience and/or training in Parks and Recreation management, experience with active adults, including supervisory experience
- valid driver’s license
- ability to become certified in CPR and First Aid
- background security check
