Job Summary
Lead youth programs, supervise participants, and enforce safety rules across multiple seasonal activities including arts, sports, and swimming. Plan and implement recreation programs, manage equipment, and assist instructors while maintaining accurate attendance records. Monitor facility operations, handle customer service, and respond to emergency situations as needed. Roles require strong communication skills, leadership experience, and the ability to work with diverse age groups. Seasonal positions run from August through December with flexible scheduling options.
Required Qualifications
